• Billing & Shipment Information: Billing address, shipping address (if applicable for physical passes), province, country, and transaction information.

• Technical Data: Your IP address, browser user agent string, and cookie data collected during interaction with our online platform to ensure functionality and to aid in spam and fraud detection.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our booking platform and taxi services.

• Process, schedule, and confirm your transportation requests and “MM Easy 10 Pass” purchases.

• Send you transaction receipts, billing updates, and ride confirmations.

• Communicate with you directly or through one of our customer service channels to provide updates, customer support, or route coordination.

• Comply with legal obligations and provincial regulations governing transportation providers in Alberta.

We respect your financial privacy.

• Credit/Debit Cards: Payment information provided through our checkout interface is processed securely. Card data saved to your account for future purchases is handled via encrypted tokens using industry-standard secure payment processors.

• Cash on Delivery: For customers selecting cash payments upon delivery or pickup, no electronic payment records are retained beyond the transaction value.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Like any other website, mmtaxijasper.ca uses cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

• Login & Account Cookies: If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, several cookies are established to save your login info and screen preferences. Login cookies last for two days, screen options last for a year, and selecting “Remember Me” keeps your login active for two weeks.

• Comments & Forms: If you leave a comment or interact with site forms, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These last for one year.

If you have an account on this site, you can request an exported file of the personal data we maintain. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review our operational terms carefully before purchasing passes or scheduling a transport reservation:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking or order within 24 hours of the original reservation/purchase time.

• Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made after the 24-hour booking window has elapsed, no refund will be issued.

• MM Easy 10 Pass Terms: As noted under our pass guidelines, purchased ride passes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-refundable once the initial 24-hour purchase grace period has expired. However, they carry no expiry dates and can be redeemed for travel anytime with advance booking notice.
