Cash on Delivery: For customers selecting cash payments upon delivery or pickup, no electronic payment records are retained beyond the transaction value.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please review our operational terms carefully before purchasing passes or scheduling a transport reservation:

24-Hour Cancellation Window: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking or order within 24 hours of the original reservation/purchase time.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made after the 24-hour booking window has elapsed, no refund will be issued.

MM Easy 10 Pass Terms: As noted under our pass guidelines, purchased ride passes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-refundable once the initial 24-hour purchase grace period has expired. However, they carry no expiry dates and can be redeemed for travel anytime with advance booking notice.
